SUPPORT HERITAGE SCHOOL

At Heritage, the original vision and philosophy of how children learn continues to transforms lives. This style of education provides roots for children to delve deep and encourages them to grow. We expect children to collaborate, respecting each other and honoring differences. Our teachers model a love of learning that is contagious and celebrated.

To ensure the next generation of Heritage teachers are able to continue this important work, we ask you to consider a donation, of any amount, in honor of our founders' wish for others to continue this spirit of transformative education by carrying on an educational experience that nurtures the minds and souls of children of Salem and surrounding communities for many more generations.

You may send your tax deductible donation to:

FUNDRAISING AT HERITAGE

We have the following ongoing fundraising programs:

  1. Oregon BottleDrop

    • Use the blue bags with Heritage's label (available for pick up at the school) to collect Oregon 10 cent containers and turn them in at the Oregon BottleDrop or BottleDrop Express locations.

  2. Office Depot / OfficeMax Give Back to Schools Program

    • When you check out, ask that your purchase be credited to Heritage School in Salem, Oregon.  Note: There are multiple Heritage Schools registered so be sure to ask that they choose the one in Salem or save our ID (70084507) for online shopping or to obtain credit by scanning your receipt afterward.  This program earns us 5% in credits up to $3000 per year, which provides a generous portion of paper, office, and art supplies every year.

  3. End-of-Year Silent Auction

    • Each year in December, current families, alumni, and friends are invited to visit our campus and experience the love of learning, joy of childhood, and the support of the community at Heritage School. This event coincides with our winter solstice party, where children sing songs, share poems, and show off their work. The silent auction offers an opportunity to bid on both donated items and experiences in order to support Heritage School. The silent auction is also available online for those who cannot be with us in person. Alumni and friends wanting to participate online or in person are invited to contact us for more information.

  4. Heritage’s Amazon Wish List

    • Heritage maintains an Amazon wish list that parents and friends of Heritage can purchase from as they see fit.

We are always actively seeking grants and other innovative ways to raise money for special projects and maintenance of the school facility and grounds.  If you know of a program or fundraiser that you think might be a good fit for us, please let us know.

Thank you in advance to everyone who chooses to participate in our fundraising efforts!!
